[FAQ-1317] The player screen appears to be frozen

OVERVIEW

If the Rangecast player appears to freeze, try closing and relaunching the player. If this occurs frequently, please provide some technical information about the issue.


METHOD

Try closing the browser tab, and logging back in to the Rangecast Player.

(If that does not work, you may also try closing the browser entirely. Also check to see if other websites are loading - you may have an issue with your internet connection.)

Please advise Rangecast if this is happening frequently and include technical information that may be helpful for analyzing the error. Recommended information includes:

* Your Rangecast username (if you don't know your username, and are using a bookmark URL that automatically launches the player, provide that instead)

* The clock date/time when you observed a freeze

* Any details on what the player was doing at the time it froze, for example were you far back in time or not, what view you were in, how many channels were turned on/off.
