OVERVIEW

To activate the attenuator on the scanners, a Special Settings command is available.

Special Settings is a field on the PC feed site configuration screen for customizing various aspects of software features and performance. Commands entered here may affect all audio sources on the PC, or be directed to a specific scanner or audio source.



... use command "attenuator=1" (no quotation marks) to activate the attenuator on the scanners during reception and scanning.

If you are running multiple site IDs on the same PC, you can direct this command to a specific set of scanners by specifying the site ID in the command, e.g.

12:attenuator=1
