Page Type: SYMPTOM
The 'Software Version' error message indicates that the feed site PC is running an outdated version of the Rangecast software, and should be updated.
To update the Rangecast software, launch the Rangecast software (from the desktop icon) and press UPDATE SOFTWARE. When the process is complete, then relaunch Rangecast (again through the desktop icon) and press START.
