The 'Audio Files 0 Bytes' warning message indicates that the Rangecast software asked Windows to record an audio file, but the resulting file had zero size (no content.)
There is no specific known solution to the problem of Windows sometimes returning audio files with zero size (no content.) The problem is rare, and when it does occur, seems to clear itself without any specific action being taken.
If this occurs, we recommend rebooting the PC. If this does not clear the issue, then closer inspection of the PCs performance is warranted.
