The 'Rejections - Network' error message means that during some recent hour, at least 10% of recorded transmissions could not be uploaded to the cloud.

This error is usually caused by a problem with the local network (DNS issues, congestion due to some other high-bandwidth activity, etc). In some cases, this may be caused by a clock error on the PC.
