Some customers have their own LogMeIn accounts, and would benefit from Rangecast maintenance of the PC. This describes how a customer may grant PC remote control access to Rangecast.
LogMeIn provides an invitation mechanism whereby a customer's Rangecast feed site PC (in the customer's LogMeIn account) can be added to the list of PCs accessible from Rangecast's LogMeIn account.
If Rangecast cannot remotely access a feed site PC, we are unable to perform some routine maintenance and problem troubleshooting tasks that help keep sites running smoothly.

Usually feed site PCs are placed directly into Rangecast's LogMeIn account. This FAQ entry only applies if the PC is in the *customer's* separate LogMeIn account.
The customer must have a "LogMeIn Central" or "LogMeIn Pro for small businesses" account to use this method.
